I had a heated treatment on my face which unfortunately caused fat atrophy around the side of my nose, cheek, and above my upper lip. Based on the photos, could you please advise on the most suitable treatment option? Would fat transfer, dermal fillers, or a mini facelift be the best approach for restoring volume and symmetry in those areas?

I agree that you have a long upper lip which a lip lift would improve. The best approach for the other changes I see is a deep plane mid facelift which would also improve mild relaxation in the neck. I have operated on many patients like yourself with gratifying results.
