Would fat grafting be sufficient for my midface to solve my negative orbital vector? (Photos)

Bright195300
20M. Fat Loss Under Eyes, Negative Orbital Vector, Asymmetry with more recession on the right side, a flat midface and flat cheekbones. Am I a good candidate for Fat Grafting? I do not want fillers but rather something more permanent. I am worried about about bone reabsorption due to implants. Would fat grafting be sufficient for my midface to solve my negative orbital vector? I could live without my cheekbones prominence but fixing underye area , flat midface and getting a positive or atleast a neutral orbital vector is my first priority.
