I am noticing prominent nasolabial folds and strong under eye bags which cause weird shadows in photos that are extremely unflattering. What are some procedures that can help with this? I'd like to avoid filler, as I am worried about migration (especially under the eye/nasolabial fold areas as those areas are more dynamic and more likely to result in migration), and also pillow face (from repeated injections). I am currently 30. Thanks!

What you are seeing is due to volume loss of the cheek/maxilla and descent of tissues. TO address the problem, you need to treat either/both of these. Since yoiu don't want to do filler, your other options are fat grafting for volume vs. a more extreme would be to do cheek implants/maxillary advancement. To lift, you could do a midface lift if you wanted.
