Can I get fat injections for nipples instead of filler?

Question

I would like to make my small nipples larger with fat transfer injections instead of filler because it will last longer and it's a natural substance from my own body. I saw somewhere on here that this is a safe, existing procedure that has much longer lasting results than filler. However, I couldn't find anything when searching for "nipple fat injections/nipple fat transfer". I would really like to get this but I can't find anyone who advertises this procedure.

Fat transfer to the nipples could be tried but I would not expect much from it. Fat transfer is a hit or miss procedure at best. If you haven’t had children I would worry about the fat damaging the milk ducts

This procedure involves using your body's own fat harvested from another area (typically through liposuction) and injecting it into the nipples to add volume or improve their shape.

It can be tried, but it does not always work well.  I have mainly used it for nipple reconstruction after mastectomies and have gotten fair results.  Nipples are designed to shrink and expand and not all fat injected will survive. Try it if you want.

In order for fat transfer to be a viable option there Has to be sufficient host tissue to support the grafted fat. The nipples are going to be a complicated area to graft fat and the chance of having long-term high percentage of fat survival is going to be challenging. Whenever reviewing fat, transfer before, and after pictures, always confirm the time interval of when after pictures were taken. Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but not in any way represent final long-term outcomes. I don’t think fat transfer to the nipples is going to be a high-quality consistent procedure.
You can probably find plastic surgeons willing to try but finding ones who have a proven track record is going to be a different story.
My recommendation is to stick with Fillers.
