Answer: Fat transfer after breast implants We had very good experience with additional shaping and voluminization of breasts after implant augmentation using fat grafts. It is good way to improve fulness in the upper pole and create the cleavege. However, significant augmentation, more than 1/2 cup size, may require 2 stages. Hope this hjelps.

Answer: Fat transfers Yes, fat transfers can be done to increase the size. The fat transfers are usually good for 1 cup size increase. However, there is an added danger of rupturing the implants with the fat transfer, particularly if the implants are pre-pectoral.
