Would I be able to get perkier, fuller, natural breasts? (Photo)

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thnak you for your question and photos. Based on these, fat transfer alone would not provide you with perkier breasts, but would be an excellent adjunct to a breast lift. I think you would get an excellent result with an uplift with redistribution of your existing breast volume to achieve a fuller upper pole, called the auto-augmentation technique. This could be combined with fat transfer if you desired an increase in volume or to refine the upper pole fullness. You have adequate reserves for transfer, and yes, body contouring can be done as part of the same operative procedure.

Fat transfer to the breast will add volume but will not lift the breasts. You have grade II breast ptosis or drooping and need a breast lift. If you wanted more volume breast fat transfer is an option to increase the size of your breasts. Adding fat to your breasts without a lift will only increase the size of your breasts.

Thank you for your query. You can certainly get fuller and firmer breasts with fat injections. I would recommend a Thermitight or Bodytite procedure as well, for further tightening and slight lifting of the breasts. I usually perform these procedures at the same time. Hello @Considerate576962, Thank you for your question. It is possible to achieve perkier, fuller, yet natural-looking breasts through fat transfer and breast lift. If you look at the breast and the nipples are below the inframamary fold, the upper pole area has lost volume. If we only add volume with fat transfer, gravity will have its effects, and the breast will still be looking down. With a breast lift, we can reacommodate the mammary tissue, elevate the nipple, and later have a breast fat transfer procedure if you would like more volume. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

Very likely, based on these photos and short of in person evaluation, that breast lift (lollipop) and augmentation with implants would be the best solution for the breast. You seem to have enough fat tissue in your torso to provide for fat grafting/shaping of buttocks and hips. We frequenty do these procedures together in one surgery. Hope this helps. Good luck.

You really do need a lift. I don’t think fat transfer would be at all worthwhile in your situation. But many surgeons would be willing to give fat transfer a try, just don’t expect much to be accomplished

Based on the photos that you uploaded, I think it would be reasonable to perform fat grafting alone. However, you need to be aware that the "lifting" associated with fat grafting alone would be minimal. If you are ok with larger, fuller breasts in relatively the same position, then fat grafts may be a reasonable option.
