Question

8Years ago I had Years ago, I had breast implants placed, which I believe was ruptured in the implant surgery. I had the removal in April with the complication of major blood loss. I’m now quite assymatrical, the issue side being the one that wasn’t ruptured. I have large thighs thag I strongly dislike and want vaser lipo to the inner, front and outer thighs, flanks and above the knee. I’d like some fat placed to balance some of my breast asymmetry. Not after size increase as I am happy

At this time, I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. In terms of your thighs, liposuction can be performed but the skin may hang and you may need a medial thigh lift. Also, the fat from the liposuction can be transferred to the breasts if additional volume is desired.

Hello @HeyMoo, It seems like you're considering a combined approach to address both your breast asymmetry and the areas of your body where you'd like to see reduction, which can work out.  However, a breast lift might be necessary to achieve the best aesthetic result. This procedure raises and reshapes the breasts, improving their contour and projection. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like fat transfer to breast would improve asymmetry. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You did not ask a question, but your plan should work nicely. with fat, you can expect to gain one to one cup increase in size if you have donor fat.

Breast fat transfer is fairly ideal for correcting mild volume related breast asymmetry.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered these procedures are in the minority. Liposuction results should be considered permanent and irreversible. You’ve done poorly you can leave people disfigured. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection when it comes to Liposuction and fat transfer procedures. to find the right provider, I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local, board-certified plastic surgeons in your community who have a proven track record with Liposuction and fat transfer. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you and their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own. an experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patient candidate lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult and the procedure is more likely to leave people with secondary contour irregularities in other areas like a torso. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. Considering how much variation there is a Liposuction skills I suggest, starting by having at least five consultations before committing to a permanent irreversible body contouring procedure that can leave you disfigured.
When reviewing fat, transfer results always confirm timeline of when after pictures were taken. Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not in any way. Represents final results. It takes at least 3 to 6 months before results resemble the final outcome. Do not assume anyone is showing you mature results when displaying before and after pictures.

The procedure you propose is inherently sound, and you seem like a good candidate for what you are describing. By far the most important variable is provider selection. When, in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations.
Being board-certified and plastic surgery with years of experience, and an overall good reputation, does not mean that somebody has mastered any one single procedure especially Liposuction transferred.
