Please see the attached photos. I have a very saggy, masculine looking face at 27 years old. This has been an ongoing issue for a long while, as you can see in the provided photos I have jowling which makes my face appear masculine and square. A facelift seems to be the only option to lift my jowls and provide me with a more feminine, oval and soft face.
