Can a facelift be preformed on someone with multiple facial implants?

drs. when the time comes i am wondering if a facelift can be done on a face that has multiple implants on cheeks and jaws and forehead augmentation materials. ive had some say that it is hard to mobilise the tissues so i am not sure if it stops allowing me to have one when time takes its toll.

I don’t know a deep plane mini facelift would consist of. I wonder if you had fat transfer to your face which would explain the lumps. However your neck is still quite heavy. You may want to get opinions from other surgeons but I think you need the whole thing redone
