Had this surgery as unhappy with the fullness of lower half of my face, jawline, perioral mounds, double chin, nasolabial folds and also wanted to prevent jowls. Didn't see any change except my double chin decreased. Still have the problem areas I started off with but now also have lumps under my chin (scar tissue?) and 'cobra neck'. I'd also like my earlobe fixed. Surgeon is reluctant to do revision. Please advise on what should be my next plan of action (not fillers). TIA
