Wonderful experience with my surgery for breast implant removal and a breast lift. I felt very comfortable with Dr Goldberg in my consultation. The staff were very detailed in preparing me for surgery and recovery. I am now 8 months post surgery and I am thrilled with my results. The scars are healing well and the symmetry and size are spectacular. I feel sexier with my breast now than I ever did with implants . I would highly recommended Goldberg and his team

They worked diligently to accommodate my preferred surgery timing, and their attentiveness made me feel well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Goldberg personally reached out to answer my questions, which reassured me at every step. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I had anticipated. The team was also extremely responsive to all of my after-care inquiries, and I actually looked forward to each follow-up visit. Best of all, I absolutely love my new silhouette! A huge thank you to Dr. Goldberg, Stephanie, and the entire team!

Dr. Goldberg did a fantastic job with my cosmetic procedure. I am very impressed not only with his skills as a surgeon but his bed side manners. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I am very pleased with my results! If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon, Dr.Goldberg is the right choice! His staff are top notch.
I recently had a tummy tuck & related liposuction done by Dr. Goldberg & team. The process was seamless from start to finish. I am one month post surgery & already able to get back to my exercise routine to maintain my new shape! I look forward to the summer & wearing a bikini again.
Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Goldberg made feel very comfortable and took his time answering my questions. He carefully reviewed my aesthetic goals, and we decided on an implant size that was perfect for me and my active lifestyle. On the day of surgery, he took into account that I have a history of nausea/vomiting after receiving anaesthesia, and the surgical team tailored their medications accordingly. Upon awaking, I had zero nausea and felt completely fine to go home. The recovery was much better than I expected, and did not require much pain medication (although everyone has a different pain tolerance so this is subjective). In the months that followed, he was always there to answer my emails if I had a question regarding the healing/recovery process. The end result is fantastic, and has made me so excited to dress up for a day/night out.
My daughter saw Dr Goldberg for mole removal from her face. It was quick, painless and the results are perfect. She is thrilled with the results. Dr Goldberg is a thoughtful and precise surgeon who provides the best treatment!
Dr. Goldberg and his staff made me feel Listened to and respected. The quality of care is exceptional which is hard to find. Dr. Goldberg is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manor. I highly recommend Dr. Goldberg’s clinic and can confidently say that you won’t be disappointed!
As with many things in life you get out of a skin treatment what you put into it. That means in order to achieve greater results you should expect greater downtime. For example, microdermabrasion exfoliates and has no significant downtime. A phenol Croton oil peel has about 7 to 10 days for healing, but erythema that can last two or even 3 months. You can certainly find alternatives that have less downtime, but you should expect that the results equally would be diminished.
In short, no. Different profiles will not result in different cup sizes. In general, I would consider the volume of the implant in addition to the volume of your breast to correspond with a cup size. Selecting a certain volume will give the cup size, and then the decision between profiles is made based on the width of your breast base. A narrower individual will require a higher profile in order to minimize projection of the implant to the side.
One possibility is that during your facelift some blood drips into your ear and formed a clot, which can impair hearing. This often resolves spontaneously within a few months, but can persist. The other possibility is that you had a buildup of wax in your ear and the surgeon inserted a cotton ball plug during surgery to prevent blood from dripping into your ear, unintentionally pushing the wax against your eardrum. Either way, it sounds like there is something in your ear and an examination of your ear canal and eardrum using an otoscope by your family physician or your surgeon would be the appropriate next step.
A facelift can reasonably done under either general anesthesia or using intravenous sedation, sometimes known as Twilight sedation. My personal preference is general anesthesia. This is very surgeon dependent. Since some patients ask for that, some surgeons offer it. It does result in lower expenses since an anesthesiologist is not required. I prefer while operating to focus on the facelift, and not have to split my attention with monitoring and managing the patient. Twilight sedation has the objective of keeping a patient as sedated as possible for their comfort during the surgery, but at the same time not sedating so much that the patient stops breathing. This does have some additional risk, even though patients sometimes mistakenly believe that it is a safer alternative compared to general anesthesia.
I recommend for my patients to take one week of resting at home, and return to the gym 4 weeks after surgery. Walking as much as you wish can be begin right away. Your surgeon might allow you to begin light aerobic activity 2 weeks after surgery, but it's important not to get your blood pressure up as this could cause bleeding or bruising.
