Iam now 6 weeks post op and I am going through alot of changes every week frm hypersensitive& puffy Nipples etc.And now my nipples are changing.I had a tuberous correction plus augmentation.Mybiggest concern were my nipples and my incision is peri areola .Iam a little worried. They are starting to dent a little and my left one is looking puffy and my right one looks normal..Is the asymmetry temporary as well as the wierd changes going on with my nipples ? Will they start to look Normal?

While anything is possible it is VERY unlikely to occur. I would be more concerned with the other more usual complications. In over 10 years of breast implant placement I do not think I have ever seen permanent loss of nipple sensation. Good Luck!
And I'm right up the beach from you...Pain in the breast may be a sign of early capsule formation. Could also be painful breast tissue from a variety of reasons. Breast imaging (MRI) may be indicated to be sure that the implants are OK and to evaluate the breast tissue.
