I'm 19 and my breasts look like they belong on a grandma. What are my options for rounder, perkier breasts ? (photos)

Your breasts still look youthful and have a nice shape, but I agree the nipples are pointing down, and slightly laterally displaced. I would recommend a breast augmentation which will increase the upper pole fullness, make the breasts look rounder. The nipples can be modestly elevated and more centrally located with perioareolar incision wihich is well hidden in  patients of color. I would avoid a vertical scar if at all possible, because it will be highly visible due to the different color.  If you have a family history of keloids ( only a few percent of African Americans have a problem with keloids), then your options are more limited.

Based on your photos I recommend a breast lift with an augmentation to make them perkier and fuller. Best of luck.

There is no natural fix. You could have a lift to improve shape. Your breast are naturally wide set.  This may not improve. 

I think a lift would get you where you want to be, you have great overall anatomy and are set up for success 

you do have nipples that are bit low for your age. You could always have a breast lift, but you might want to avoid those scars at this age. If you are up to enlarging your breasts , then I would probably recommend a dual plane breast aug which would round out your breasts, fill out your upper pole and help center your nipples more. Thank you for sharing. Regardless of age, sometimes breasts do appear older than a person's states age. You might benefit from a breast lift (mastopexy) alone to remove excess skin. If additional upper breast rejuvenation is preferred a small implant could be added that wouldn't necessarily add any unwanted cup size increase. Of course cup size could be enhanced if a larger implant were selected for the right person. See a board certified experienced plastic surgeon who can guide you. Best wishes

Hello and thank you for your question.It appears as though you would benefit most with a breast lift (with possibly a slight reduction of the larger breast). This would help lift your breast and place your nipples in the proper position. Another option would be to have a lift with breast implants. Unfortunately, nothing besides surgery will change your breasts.
