Laser assisted liposuction would be a suitable solution for your case.Best Regards,Adham Farouk, MDAlexandria, Egypt.
Not only there's a way to avoid a vertical scar in your case, but actually every effort should be made to accomplish this objective in the surgical design for your case. From the pictures, there's a pretty good chance to achieve that, but there's no way to confirm it without physical examination.Best Regards,Adham Farouk, MD
My answer to your second question (how do you know which is better for your nose?) is:By taking the higher votes here which contain a direct simple answer to your core question (which is better for your nose?)And my vote is: Open Rhinoplasty for sure.Best Regards,Adham Farouk, MD
Although a frontal view is crucial to reach an accurate answer to your question, but, Yes, if you decide to have a plastic surgery, a rhinoplasty would be the "right" choice.P.S. a change of hair styling is a frequently overlooked tool to alter facial proportions. You've already questioned the illusive effect of the nose on your chin. Try the hair illusive effects too.Best Regards,Adham Farouk, MD
Yes, your breasts are uneven, and I agree with Dr. Steven Wallach that they were uneven to begin with, but as this asymmetry was not addressed (or not addressed enough) during your implant surgery, and now you want to go for a revision, then it's not your job to be sure what you should do for them to look the same. it's the job of your revision surgeon. Your job is to find one who's sure what he/she should do to make your breasts more symmetrical. My options for your case would be:1- lipofilling of the right breast.2- left breast tuck + liposuction (but I doubt you have enough fat already in your breast to allow that).3- left breast tuck + replacing its implant with a smaller one.4- replacing right implant with a larger one.
