Is it possible to get back former shape (inner thighs) after liposuction, over time? Or to gain some fat in that area within time? I have a huge thigh gap after lipo (horrible). Any suggestions?

Answer: Problems with inner thigh liposuction Inner thigh liposuction is tricky. You must approach it very cautiously. If you have a contour deformity because of liposuction the best method of correction would be fat grafting

Answer: #postliposuctiondefects Inner thighs are very commonly requested areas for contouring. it is a tricky area to contour as even a slight amount of overzealous liposuction can cause deep depressions like it happened in your case. the treatment for such defects largely depends on the anatomy of the defect. I would recommend a combination approach including fat grafting

Answer: Thigh gap after lipo. Can you get the shape back? The inner thighs are a tricky area to perform liposuction without causing a depression and/or loose skin. Liposuction in this area needs to be done judiciously to prevent contour irregularities. I don't think that you will be able to regain weight specifically in the affected areas. Without seeing the defect, I would suspect that you may now need an inner thigh lift along with further fat tapering to minimize the contour defect. This can be a difficult problem to fix without further surgery.

Answer: Fat Grafting Really Works Since you didn't include a photo, I went back and saw some of your previous questions and see that you never wanted your inner thighs suctioned to begin with. Well, in much the same way that you had fat harvested and injected into the buttocks, you could potentially have the same thing done for your inner thighs. I would, of course, wait a while before going ahead and doing so, but it is a possibility.I truly do hope that you end up happy after all this.
