I appreciate your concern, but first you need to finish treatment by your orthodontist and then be evaluated, as your appearance may change. At that time, lip reduction and possibly chin implant may be options. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Thank you for your photographs and questions.  I would favor allowing your orthodontist to complete all of your dental work before assessing your lip results for possible enhancement or correction.  You may have some tightness of a lower chin muscle and I see the lip protrusion you are referencing but once your jaw and teeth have be settled a better evaluation for treatment can be performed.  Hang in there!

After you are completed with braces, you can get filler to balance the lips by proper placement in the upper lip. Also discuss your options with an orthognathic surgeon about possible jaw surgery.
