How do I improve my side profile?

Question

How can I improve my side profile? I have a mild protruding mouth and the space under my bottom lips doesn't have that deep of a dip. I do have crowded teeth and exotosis(?). When i relax my mouth in a semi open position, my bottom teeth shows and the mouth looks even more protruded.

From the photos provided, there appears to be some degree of natural chin regression (i.e. a weak chin). In addition, the photos also do not show the highly desirable, ideal slightly downward pout of the lower lip nor the equally desirable 1-2 mm projection of the upper lip beyond that of the lower lip.Accordingly, if an in-person consultation confirms these observations, enhancement of the lower face profile can be achieved by a nonsurgical chin augmentation using Voluma XC, a procedure that can be performed in experienced hands in about five minutes. Additionally, Juvederm Ultra Plus XC may be used to enhance the lower lip pout and provide the needed projection to the upper lip. The latter, too, should take no more than five minutes with immediate results in experienced hands.Make sure you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and certainly ask to see his/her before and after photos of nonsurgical lip enhancement and chin augmentation.  Good luck.

Improving the weak profile? If your teeth fit together top and bottom then the best treatment would be a chin implant. See a very experienced surgeon who does these frequently.

This is easily done with fillers. Place some filler in the lips and chin area. This is a very simple procedure. Many of the HA fillers can be used for this.

It appears that you have a weak chin and could benefit from augmentation to the chin either through fillers or a chin implant. The upper teeth also seem to protrude over the bottom teeth from the profile view because your jaw (chin) is weak and the area where your nose and upper lip meet is weak. A plumping graft or fillers in this area may help as well.
