I am on Day 13 of recovery after getting v-line surgery and a SMAS facelift. For the past week, my lower lip feels like it's constantly burning (as if there's hot sauce on it) even though it's technically numb, and my lower teeth are super sensitive. Neither have improved over the week either. I am seeing the surgeon in 2 days for a follow-up but I would like to hear the opinion of others - is this normal or indicative of something more like trigeminal neuralgia type 2?
