Hi I am 32 years old and mother of 2 and I use facial expressions too much. I gained & lost weight several times during the 4 past years. As you ca see in pictures My lower face looks much older than my true age and that makes me disappointed. Doctors here suggested fillers + botox but these last only 3-4 months when and they cost alot due to amount and frequent need. fillers make my face looks bigger and all what I want a tighter not full face.
Answer: Dont need much I can see your concerns on your pictures; however the changes needed are minor. A faceliftcan be considered; however, I would think that its a lot of surgery for a very minor change.I would still recommend non surgical methods over surgery at this point.

Answer: What is the Best Age for a Facelift A person’s age is best guessed by the appearance of their face. If you feel that your face does not reflect how young you feel inside, you may be a candidate for a facelift.During your #consultation, your skin texture and elasticity, as well as your underlying skin structure and your facial bone structure will be evaluated. Based on this evaluation, your board certified plastic surgeons will create a custom surgical plan, detailing specific techniques and recommendations to meet your goals. In doing so, he or she should be sure to have a full understanding of what results you expect. If you are not a #candidate, your surgeon can make other suggestions to address your concerns and objectives.Patients who desire facial rejuvenation that is affordable, quick, and effective should consider the Lite-lift™. Like the Life-Style™ facelift, this is a modified facelift that can be performed in the office with a local anesthetic and improve signs of aging around the neck, jawbone and lower face. These procedures are not "Thread-lifts" or "String-lifts". We do not use the "barbed" sutures employed in these other lifting operations. The Lite-lift™ uses longer lasting techniques that are discussed below. Because the incisions are limited, there is less bruising, swelling and healing time for most patients. Many patients can be back to work in one to two weeks looking rested and more youthful. The best candidates for #LiteLift are patients 35-60 years old with early changes of the lower face and the neck. Older patients who cannot or do not wish to have a longer operation or general anesthetic can be improved with a Lite Lift™.Lite Lift™ surgery is individualized for each patient. The best candidates for Lite Lift™ surgery have a face and neck line beginning to sag, but whose skin has elasticity and whose bone structure is well defined and do not smoke.

Answer: How young is too young Good Morning Nehal_dhowayanThanks for your post and adding your pictures. It is always helpful when we have these to look at.You are quite young, however everyone has ideals of what they would like to look like and sometimes this is not achievable with diet and exercise. (well done by the way, for loosing weight, that is a great thing to achieve). Our procedure is less invasive than a traditional facelift and there is less scarring, bruising and swelling for a significantly quicker recovery period. This innovative procedure combines the latest surgical techniques with the use of local anaesthetic to dramatically reduce the risks associated with traditional facelifts, while significantly reducing the bruising and downtime of your recovery, from months to a matter of days. This is a combination of a SMAS lift and skin tightening that allows the procedure to have it's longevity without the trauma and invasiveness of a traditional facelift. So if you want to go ahead with surgery then just make sure you find a qualified and experience surgeon, with whom you feel comfortable.

Answer: Facial fillers Even a mini facelift is still a facelift. At 32 I believe it would be premature to consider surgery when non invasive alternatives are so effective for your age demographic. On excellent option in my opinion would be Bellafill which is a very smooth collagen based filler with an FDA indication for 5 years. One kit of Bellafill injected into key areas such as temples, lower lid/cheek junction, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines would lift and fill your face in a very natural way with long lasting results.

Answer: 32 years old. I want to know why not to do a mini face lift? = because very visible facelift scars! #minifacelift #facelift Facelift and/ or mini facelift s are not recommended in patients before 50 years old because the facelift scars are usually very visible.Either a full or a mini facelift requires an scar in from of the ear to address the excess of skin and tighten the deep tissues of the face. Patients in the 50s and beyond, usually have a thin skin that allows the skin to heal very inconspicuous. In the other hand, patients in the 30s have very think scar that usually leaves a very visible scar. Very visible facelift scars in the 30s could cause significant anxiety and distress due to "facelift stigmata"In my practice, patients in the 30s could address the hanging of the lower face tissues and tired and aged appearance by performing a "liquid face lift". A "liquid facelift" is basically restoring the mid face facial volume with soft tissue fillers like voluma and juvederm, that ultimately "lifts" the face, thus giving a facelift-like effect. This allows to temporize the need of a facelift until the 50s.Young patients interested in facial rejuvenation with plastic surgery procedures should make a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specialized in plastic surgery procedures of the face.John Mesa MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon New York City (#NYC) & New Jersey (#NJ) RealSelf Top 100 Plastic Surgeon
