Dr. Miller was a referral from a friend; I liked her feedback and her long term results. I was looking for a refreshed look and could not be happier with the results. This is my second time having a procedure with Dr. Miller. I did due diligence meeting with other cosmetic surgeons and it was an easy decision to remain with Dr. Miller. The staff are all personable & professional and I was made to feel comfortable and safe from the start and especially right before surgery.

Choosing a plastic surgeon felt overwhelming, but from my first consultation with Dr. Miller, I knew I was in the right hands. He took the time to truly listen to my goals and explained every detail thoroughly. I never felt pressured; I felt only supported and confident in my decision. I recently had a lower facelift, blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The surgery went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I feel more confident and still completely like myself, just refreshed and enhanced. What impressed me most was Dr. Miller’s precision and attention to detail. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. The entire team was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The facility was exceptionally clean, appointments were always on time, and recovery was easier than expected thanks to clear instructions and excellent follow-up care. She answered all of my questions quickly and ensured I had detailed pre- and post-surgery information clearly laid out. Having everything explained so thoroughly gave me tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process. I felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful that I chose Dr. Miller, and I would definitely make the two-hour drive to see him again. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering facial rejuvenation procedures.

Dr. Miller is the definition of an ethical and conservative surgeon—in the best possible way. I first saw him 10 years ago after another surgeon told me I needed surgery. Dr. Miller told me I didn’t need anything done and suggested we talk again in 10–15 years. That honesty made a lasting impression. From that point on, I continued seeing him for non-surgical treatments, and his consistency and judgment only reinforced my trust. When I returned a decade later ready for surgery, I again consulted another surgeon (clearly not the same one from a decade ago) who recommended far more than necessary. Dr. Miller was clear and measured—he said no to procedures I didn’t need and focused only on what would truly benefit me. We proceeded with a lower face and neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting, and Active FX laser. The results are natural, refreshed, and age-appropriate. I’ve received many compliments, often from people who can’t quite tell what changed—just that I look great. I love my results! I also want to highlight Sandi, the surgery coordinator. She is exceptionally responsive, caring, and supportive, and made the entire process—from planning through recovery—feel smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for a surgeon with integrity, restraint, and excellent results, Dr. Miller is exceptional.

Great results and great experience! Dr. Miller is attentive and professional, established realistic expectations and addressed all my concernes. I felt at ease after the initial consultation. The surgery went well, no complications and no need for pain medication! Post-surgical care was awsome. Now, four months later, I can tell the results are natural yet remarkable. I get many compliments . Dr. Miller's team is great. You feel welcomed and well taken care of. Sandi, the office manager, is quick to respond , very professional and accomodative. Overall, very happy with my care and my results.

Great experience, great results!! Older guy here, days away from my 72nd BD. Dr Miller preformed a neck and lower face lift, and a lower eye lift. Undergoing surgery to alter your looks is not one that is easily decided - mentally and financially. I researched via the internet for almost 2 yrs. I consulted 3 Drs and selected Dr Miller because his expertise and results look totally natural. His attention to detail is A+. There are no visible scars because the incisions are meticulously hidden around and inside the ears - he does all the work himself. He only does faces, and only does one patient on his surgery days. He listened and delivered what I was looking to improve. His reputation has been earned by great results, hence the great reviews. A very caring staff, notably Sandi Knox who handles all the small stuff effortlessly. Highly recommend!!

I couldn't be happier about my experience with Dr Miller, Sandi, and their entire staff. Dr Miller takes extreme pride in his work and is a perfectionist in every way. The results have exceeded my expectations by miles. My procedure was a 60th birthday gift to myself and it was definitely worth it. I probably shed at least 15 years off my appearance and corrected nagging facial features that I've had forever. His prices are about half of those quoted to me by physicians in Newport and I'm 100% confident that my care equaled or exceeded other physicians in the area.

Sandi Knox was very professional, loving, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She never made me feel I was a burden even though I had some personal complications. These issues were through no fault of the doctor or staff, but were from pre-existing conditions. Dr Miller helped me work through them. There is an after hours number to call if you have any issues and they are responsive. Dr Timothy Miller is a very skilled, double board certified surgeon. He walked me through the options in a no nonsense way and answered all my questions prior to the surgery. When I had issues, he was available and addressed all my concerns. The results are amazing. Before the procedure, I was starting to notice neck skin laxity and overall skin dullness. My profile was a hot mess. I had been through a couple of rough years and decided to invest in myself. I opted for Total FX + Fractional CO2 Laser and High SMAS face and neck lift. I am very happy with the results and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or supporting staff. I just feel like I am a refreshed, younger looking version of myself. Being able to stay overnight after the procedure at their clinic put my mind at ease and they were very attentive to my well being after. Sandi set several follow up appointments to track my healing progress. If you are thinking of having these types of procedures, you will be in safe hands with Dr Miller and Refreshed Aesthetics.

My experience with Dr. Miller and his office team was amazing. He never was rushed and his office is like a boutique instead of a large crowded room. He focuses on details. He needed to redo a sloppy facelift (not done by him) hiding all of the old scars while also refreshing my face with a lower facelift. He also did a CO2 laser treatment to my face which helped with removing wrinkles and brown spots. I can’t believe the results. I look 20 years younger and I look natural. Best of all I had a great experience!

I can't say enough about the artistry and experience I had with Dr Miller. Dr Miller put me at ease initially with his consultation, very conservative and consultative. Sandi Knox (his right hand) made sure everything from scheduling to post op went smoothly. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty plus a deep plane neck and mid face lift and I am so very pleased with the results! No one would guess I have had anything done (he hides the scares SO well!) and yet when I compare the before and after photos I am shocked at how much fresher I look! It's a bit scary to have this type of work done and yet I feel that I couldn't have chosen a better surgeon for the job. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff for anyone considering facial plastic surgery.

Thank you Dr. Miller! I am a repeat customer, and when I had a sculptra injection go bad (and let me clarify that Dr. Miller did not do the sculptra treatment), I was hoping he could help. That he did! In addition to a mini-lift and CO2 laser, he went above and beyond to remove a number of nodules. This was not easy. He went above and beyond, and was very successful in correcting my concerns. I'm not sure there is another surgeon who would have done the job he did! As always, Sandi is so helpful, caring and joyful throughout the process, calming the normal fears. She helped with specific details for preparation and recovery, that made me feel secure that the all would go smoothly. The nurses who assisted were phenomenal. The facility is pristine, and I really appreciate the surgical center being on the premises. I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Miller.
