I got my lips done and injector done my lips injection with only one needle. As we know lip filler injections needs multiple injection per different site. Does injector needs to change the needle after each single injection? Because for different vaccine or IM injections they do. Is it the same ?? I am so happy of the result, no bruises, great shape.

Please do not listen to anyone who responds stating that you need filler or Botox for this issue. In all likelihood, there is one of two things going on: 1) you may be developing linear morphea as you mentioned or 2) this may be a more prominent tract for a vein that is becoming more...
On average, fillers may take 2 weeks to achieve the final result.
Hence would suggest waiting out the 2 weeks before deciding on more fillers.
It seems you would benefit from more fillers as you have significant volume loss in your face.
