A Hello. Thank you for your question. There are a few different things that you need to do to help with this area. First, the darkness is usually pigment, and can be corrected with a high quality, medical grade eye cream. Next, the only permanent way to fill your tear trough hollows is with a fat transfer, and even with this some of the fat will naturally die off. Tear troughs can also be filled with dermal fillers that last about 9 months in the area.
