From the time I began my treatment, Dr. Ostrzenska was informative and gentle in her approach and in explaining everything she was doing as she was doing the procedures. Could not even feel the anesthesia being administered prior to the threading, of which I received 10 of them. There was an immediate difference in my appearance from the beginning and when it was over the difference was remarkable to say the least! Would never consider going to anyone else!
