I had thermage 3 months ago and didn't see too much tightening of jowls. Can I do ultherapy so soon after thermage?

You can do both on the same day if you wanted, there is no reason why you couldn't do ultherapy now.  You may want to try VASER or ThermiRF to get a more robust improvement or kybella. I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It would be fine to have an Ultherapy treatment three months after a Thermage treatment.  There should be no adverse effects from having the treatments done at that time interval.  

It's ok to do Ultherapy after Thermage. Just make sure you find an experienced physician provider who can determine whether you are a suitable candidate for the treatment. It can take 6 months for you to see optimal results from an Ultherapy treatment.

It is safe to have Ulthera performed three months after your Thermage treatment.  Keep in mind, with both procedures, it takes about 6 months to see results.  With minimally invasive procedures like Thermage and Ulthera, you are relying on your body to stimulate new collagen which takes time. 

There is no contraindication to trying the Ultherapy 3 months after thermal, but I would advise you to keep your expectations for correction of jowls very conservative. These technologies are best in a preventive or maintenance role.

Yes, you can have Ultehrapy after Thermage. Unfortunately, Thermage is a lousy treatment because the radio frequency energy does not sufficiently heat tissue to a temperature that promotes new collagen growth. That is why 85% of Thermage patients are not happy with their outcomes! Ulthera heats soft tissues well above the 60 degrees Celsius necessary for new collagen growth. You will most likely see notable changes with your Ultherapy.
