I think my surgeon took too much off the bridge. Can it be corrected?

Thank you for your question. It’s difficult to determine based on your photos , but what you explain can be corrected. Depending on how much septal cartilage is left over , we may have to use cartilage from your ear. I recommend consulting with  a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who is comfortable with secondary rhinoplasty. Best of luck. 

A better set of facial photographs going to be required to make an determination about how to proceed, since revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty.  An in-person examination is also going to be required.The bridge line of the nose can be built up with cartilage grafting techniques. I understand what you are saying.  Based on the limited views, I do feel that it is repairable.  More views would be helpful.  I would seek the opinion of a revision rhino specialist.  In such cases a physical exam and real -life exam is far more worthwhile than pics.In Toronto - you have Peter Adamson
