I am seeking a second rhinoplasty revision at age 61. My first two septo/rhinoplasties (2014, 2016) have left me with a slight inverted V, an overly upturned tip, and my profile is not straight.

It depends on what will be done and the surgeon's facility. Many of us have accredited operating rooms in our offices. If that is the situation I do feel it would be appropriate.
