Explant - muscle repair? Second lift? Hard scar tissue? (Photo)

I haven't had my implants for very long .. 275 moderate UTM with unilateral lift. I've had pretty bad anxiety and just want them out :( will I require muscle repair? Does capsule need to be removed? I have tough scar tissue under my vertical scar - will this cause adhesions? Thank you for your guidance

If the capsules were not thickened enough to require removal, then there should be no problem leaving them in when placing new implants. They will not interfere with future examinations. However, if you had textured implants, be sure to discuss whether to have a capsulectomy.

I prefer to have my patients explant only and I will close with a psuedo lift at the same time. This way the contour is natural looking. After a years time is when you see how the breast tissue fills out and fluffs. My patients are very happy with their outcome after the fact.
