Back in November of last year, I had my subpectoral silicone implants removed under local anesthesia and the implants came out intact. I developed bilateral seromas and about 3 months later, I had the seromas drained only for them to return (even larger than before!!) The interventional radiologist suggested that a second aspiration be completed, but this time drains to be placed for a peiod of two months. Is this likely to worki?? If not, please give me cost estimates for capsulectomy.
