Many options could be considered, e.g., removing the capsule, fat transfers, or performing a lift. It would be premature to proceed with surgery at this early date, but make an appointment with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

Hello @rachf3108, thank you for your question and showing your pictures. To avoid any long-term health problems, the surgical plan should include the removal of the capsules, since the capsules are not reabsorbed by the body. By having a breast reconstruction as well, the tissues of the breast can be repositioned and in this way achieve an aesthetic result that is adequate. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You will need to allow more time for your breasts to heal before considering surgical revision options. I encourage you to meet with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and interventions, such as massage, that may help as you heal.

With a hard capsule, the capsule should have been removed, and can still be removed if needed after 6 months from surgery. Your one breast is somewhat larger, so you could have a small breast reduction on the larger side, or a fat transfer to the smaller breast.

There are certainly concerns. The breasts must settle for at least 6 months prior to any revision. Massaging the one side will help temporarily.
