I had HA fillers placed in my tearthrough area by a top dermatologist in Toronto more than 6 months ago and I have had dents under the filler since. The dent is more obvious when I smile, and makes me look much older than before. I don't know what to do about it. Should I: 1-wait longer for the filler to dissolve naturally?(dermotologist said it will last a long time) 2-put more filler in the dent? (Or will that lead to more bumps?) 3-use hyaluronidase?(will that leave other dents?)

Answer: Tyndall effect post fillers under the eyes? What are my solutions?
Dear Annie2424,
It looks highly likely to be too much filler, placed too superficially. Post-filler swelling is a bit more diffuse around the filled area. This swelling is too discrete and obviously linear in the location where the doctor was trying to fill up the tear trough.

Looking at your pictures I think you would b a good candidate for under eye filler. You could consider an HA type filler or PRP injections. This area can be unforgiving because the skin is very thin. Be sure to find a provider who is well-experienced in treating the tear troughs.
Once the filler is injected under eyes it should stay in the same place even after sneezing. So I will not be worried if you sneezed after fillers injection.
