I am considering dermal fillers for my under eye/tear trough area. I’ve had dark circles and tear troughs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been able to mask the darkness with makeup but I hate the way my tear trough makes me look tired. Is 26 too early to start injectable fillers? Will fillers be effective in treating this area if I continue to get them for the rest of my life?

Answer: 26 y old is not too young to use dermal fillers under the eyes to correct the tear troughs
Once the filler is injected under eyes it should stay in the same place even after sneezing. So I will not be worried if you sneezed after fillers injection.

My understanding is that the way HA is processed by the injectable companies allows it to have a longer "shelf life" once injected - otherwise it would be dissolved by our bodies pretty quickly.
