With the ability to purchase injectable grade cross- linked, deep and low molecular Hyaluronic Acid Powder, why don’t doctors consider purchasing at a fraction of the cost to make their own injectable syringes? Steril syringes, Proper HA molecular density depending on the area to be injected, and distilled water alone or Bacteriostatic water. I see company’s and manufacturers of fillers are beginning to sell Injectable grade HA powders for use as a filler or use in conjunction with derma rollers.

Hi @MatthewDavid. Thank you for sharing your photos. You are a great candidate for dermal fillers. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
This needs a combination approach for best results. sometimes threads and ultherapy work in concert best with fillers. see someone who specializes in this. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hi @Stella721! I would recommend starting with 1 syringe and going from there. Restylane Defyne and Refyne work great to treat the NLF. Best of luck to you!
