Once the dermal filler is placed underneath the eyes, it is secured by your own body's tissue so there is no movement of the product and therefore it is safe to sneeze.
once the filler is injected under eyes it should stay in the same place even after sneezing. So I will not be worried if you sneezed after fillers injection.
This is an unusual question - there should be nothing to worry about here. I suppose if you had a really bad fit of sneezing shortly after treatment it could increase the risk of some swelling and possibly bruising, but long term there should be no issues.
