Visible filler(H.A. Princess Filler) under skin, 1 week post. Could this possibly be a nodule/scar/granuloma forming? (Photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I do not have experience with this exact product because it is not used in the US, but as with any HA filler, there can be swelling around the injection but there can also be contour deformities. I would suggest that you wait  couple weeks to let swelling subside, if the area is still not to your liking after that, then I would discuss having the product dissolved by your plastic surgeon.Hope this helps!

It looks highly likely to be too much filler, placed too superficially. Post-filler swelling is a bit more diffuse around the filled area. This swelling is too discrete and obviously linear in the location where the doctor was trying to fill up the tear trough. 
Please go back to the injecting physician to use hyaluronidase to remove it if it persists 14 days after injection. 

Any injections can cause swelling and it can last a week or two. I don’t see any visible skin redness but I do see the swelling you mention. I recommend checking in with your provider in a regular basis, especially if things are getting worse not better. 
I think it’s fair that at two weeks post injection the swelling should have resolved. If it doesn’t you can consider having the product dissolved. It would be helpful to know if you’ve had fuller before and if so have you had any other HA type filler? Some people are prone to more swelling than others with HA type fillers and may just need very minimal amounts for ideal results. Others may want to consider non-HA fillers instead. Best of luck!
