The corner of implant feels like a stick out bump on side of both breasts. (Photos)

I have 250cc Inspira cohesive gel under muscle one month ago. My recovery seems not smooth as others' .First, my implants are still firm. Second, my right breast has a indentation, will it ever go away? Third, I can feel the implant corners in the lower outside part of the breasts. I can pop it in & out. The corner on my righ breast makes the breast become square shape. Why did this happen? Is it because the implant size too big for me? Will the bumps/corners ever go away after it drop?
