Robert Sleightholm, MD

This doctor is very much a straight shooter and is honest with his assessments in consultation right from the start. If he feels you are a candidate he will definitely say so. Alternately, if you’re not he will tell you right away. This is much appreciated. He can be conservative with his results which works well for smaller individuals like myself.

I have been to Doctor Sleightholm for many procedures for possibly 10-11 yes. .. The Doctor the staff Stephanie, Julianna, Lisa, Michele make you feel so special. ..always listen to my needs and help me decide how to look my very best ...my favourite pick me up treatment is Botox ...thank you to everyone at the clinic for your professional and going above and beyond to make me look good.......Isobel

I have had such a great experience. First time patient in 1999 with laser on my bikini line. Awesome results to this day. I tried others that were closer to home......but no results. I am now back doing my legs, face and underarms. I won't say that it doesn't hurt but Michele the technician has a special touch and so friendly that the sessions always fly by. Highly recommend this clinic as THE only choice for hair removal.

I got my breasts done 10 years ago by Dr Sleightholm and they are still amazing. I am considering going a bit bigger and if I do I will definitely get them done by him again. Pleased for 10 years now. He took his time with answering all my questions, office staff were so nice and helpful. All in all he was a great pick. I got many consultations and he was the one I felt the most comfortable with.

I am 25 with two kids, one is six and one is six months I have always been small even before them. After child one my stomach wasn't so bad BUT after baby number two OMG weighing in at 8.8 for me only being 110 she did damage to my body. I love my kids but I can't look at this ugly stomach and saggy boobs anymore. I do not plan on having anymore kids. I have been to four consultations in the city. At my last three consultations I found out I also have a hernia. One doctor told me I would have to fix that first and then He would be able to go along with the surgery. Another told me she could fix it during surgery but she does not use drains. I have done a lot of research and personally prefer having drains. Feeling a little discouraged a friend mentioned a doctor In Brampton which is the city I live in. I went in for the consultation at the Brampton cosmetics surgery and medical spa. It was amazing Dr. Sleightholm and his staff made me feel comfortable. He took the time to measure me go over what he would be doing as well as the risks on the two procedures he also uses drains. Then I had to ask the deal breaking question can he fix the hernia??!!? And the answer is...YES!!! A week later booked my surgery for September 21st. I'm so excited I literally sit on here for hours reading everyone's stories. I don't go back to work until January so I figure I will have more than enough time to heal. On Tuesday I go for my final blood work and sizing. The only thing I'm worried about is going to small or too big I rather be to small then too big. I don't them to be big and noticeable. I I tried on a couple sizes up to 400cc HP which I liked but now thinking about it I don't think I want to go over 350 cc. I am bringing my mom on Tuesday so she can help me pick a size.

I am now on the flat side. Everything went well and I am happy with the results. I can't wait until Thursday to take off the bandages and see my tummy!!!! The pain isn't bad my stomach hurts when I eat I haven't gone number two yet . I am continuing to take my stool softener and pain meds.

I'm in good spirits the hardest thing is having my six month old cry because I can't hold her. I still try and get down on the floor and play with her but she's really having a hard time not being able to be picked up. The swelling is the worst out of this process just when you think it's going down it starts up again. Every time I eat I swell up and feel winded. Today I have mixed emotions I still can't stand up straight I have a line down from my belly button I'm hoping that it's because I can't stand up straight and will smooth out as time goes by or that will have to get FIXED ASAP....:( fingers crossed that's all it is. My 375 cc boobs are still swollen the right hasn't dropped at all yet so it's sitting high the left is swollen here are some pictures.

Omg for the past two days I have been using ice packs all over my body and it has been helping so much with the pain of the swelling. Especially my back.

I still can't stand up straight but I'm getting there. Happy with my results today :) that line down my belly button is going away!!!!

I finally got my drain out I feel great from 3 to 7 now. Swelling has gone down and I started wearing the silicone gel sheeting. I am also wearing a bando now to hopefully help to drop my right boob.

I went to buy a bra since all my bra's had extra extra padding and I no longer need it!!!!! Lol I measured 32 DD. Wearing the bra hurts under my breast where the implant needs to sit is still very sore. And my breast are still swollen. My stomach isn't completely flat yet ünder my belly button is so puffy and swollen. Is this normal ??

I still feel very sore when I'm walking around probably 4 pain level . Especially when I'm sitting for a long time. I still am numb all the way down the middle of my stomach. I'm still waking up in. The night from the pain of swelling but I sleep a lot better I'm able to sleep on my sides now. I'm wearing a band on the top of my cheast to bring my boob down I wear it tight which hurts but it's working I usually make it a little loose at night but tight enough for it to keep them down. My herina looks like it's coming out I'm not sure I will ask at my six weeks appointment. If it is I will just get it repaired since I'm covered for that. I stop wearing the silicone gel tape because my incision wasn't healed and I felt like it might of being irritating it so I will start using it again once everything is healed.

Healing great two problems that i have are my belly button I want that bubble gone or pushed back. The second problem is my right implant has not dropped into place so my breast have two different shapes. I spoke with the doctor at my 6 week check up he said that my belly button might still be swollen if it doesn't go down by six months he will fix it. About my breast he said to keep massaging it to help it come down it has dropped but he would like it to come down more. If that doesn't happen by six months he will go in and open the pocket for it to drop. I am still numb straight down my belly but slowly I'm starting to feel more and more. My muscles are not to bad getting better everyday I have pain everyday but minimal. I'm still in love with my results.

After a major change in my life, losing more than 80 pounds, everything dropped about 5 inches! Saggy skin and "granny boobs" were sending me into a major depression! Time to be proactive! Enter Dr. Robert Sleightholm! I cannot recommend him enough. A very down to earth accomplished surgeon, very comfortable to talk to, enthusiastic, loves what he does. His staff is par excellence. I go to the clinic regularly for botox and fillers. Claudia his injection specialist is wonderful and talented. The ladies at the front desk are kind, friendly and always willing to lend an ear or offer advice.

That was almost four years ago! I am thrilled by my results. I had larger implants, round silicone gel, 715 cc implanted. I'm glad I went for the larger size because part of the surgical procedure was to have included a breast lift, but when Dr. S. inserted the implants he found they provided all the 'lift' I needed! I love the flatness and firmness of my belly. My tummy was never this flat even when I was 16! I would highly recommend if you need both procedures to combine them. I'm not sorry I did.

Time is coming around for me to do an arm lift and my upper lids done and I KNOW where I am going! February 2015 here I come :-)

I recently underwent breast augmentation in January 2014 and couldn't be happier.
Dr. Robert Sleightholm was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. After thinking about this procedure for years, and after much research, I decided to proceed, and I have never looked back! Dr. S was so down to earth and personable which made all of the difference in the world. When you meet with a surgeon, you want to know you are in capable hands and dealing with a doctor that has your best interests in mind. He answered all of my questions with patience and ease. He took into consideration all of my concerns, desired outcome and lifestyle by asking questions to ensure that we were on the same page and that I knew exactly what to expect pre and post surgery. Dr. Sleightholm is truly an artist at his craft.

Where do I start? I must say that I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this doctor and clinic! This is now my second major procedure at this clinic by Dr. Sleightholm. I have never felt more safe and secure with any other doctor before. Dr. Sleightholm goes well beyond the call of duty. He, and his staff, are so attentive and caring. The staff (nurses and administration) go over and above as well for each and every patient. I will continue to return to Dr. Sleightholm as each experience has been more delightful than the last!

I had breast augmentation with Doctor Sleightholm. The whole experience has been wonderful. The ladies at the front are very kind, as well as the nurse - Debra (i believe that is her name). I wanted to have much larger implants and he was able to do so. They are still in the healing process, but even now, everything looks and feels amazing! He is very knowledgeable in his work and I would recommend him for anyone who is considering larger breast implants (and of course smaller ones). He is approachable as well and will explain any medical details with you if you have a concern. Very pleased.

Went to see Sleightholm to see if he could correct my botched breast reduction from another surgeon. He said he was confident he could do so, so I went ahead with surgery. I had a new nurse who told me to continue not wearing a bra post surgery and my implants slid down and didn't heal properly. It's been 3 years and I cannot wait to get them removed. They are insanely heavy, I have to wear a bra at all times. He offered to fix it for cost and I was told I had to pay a deposit before my date was secured, which is to be expected. I did have an apt for a pre op though, right before Christmas. I ended up getting a bad kink in my neck and couldn't drive myself to the apt (I live over an hour away) and when I called to reschedule Stephanie told me that she already put me down for the surgery "in good faith" when she had previously told me I'd have to pay a deposit before the date was actually scheduled. She then told me I would have to pay for cancelling my surgery day. I didn't go back, and thank god I didn't. I found a surgeon in my area who does reconstructive work, he told me the implants were WAY too heavy and if he would have tried pushing them back up I very likely would have bottomed out again. I'm having them removed soon, such a waste of money. I didn't mind Sleightholm himself but his staff, particularly Stephanie, left a horrible taste in my mouth. Would not recommend.
