What can I do about severe back pain after Breast Augmentation?

I had my BA today my surgeon said he really had to work my muscles to get the implant in because my muscles were so tight. He did get the implants in 370 full profile inspira . My dr gave me a series of medicines one being oxycodone for pain, mycasaal for inflammation and tizanidine as a muscle relaxer. My pain had pretty much been directly behind my breast and I assume it has to do with the muscle back there but is there anything I can for relief? Meds don't help much and neither does ice...
