The Natrelle Inspira implants have a higher fill volume than the regular Natrelle implants, to they are more similar to the mentor implants. Both are cohesive silicone.
Allergan's Inspira implants have a higher fill ratio than Mentor's implants. What this means is that when silicone implants are made, the amount of gel placed into the implant is less than the actual volume of the shell; they do this so that the implants feel softer. However, lower fill percentage implants tend to ripple more, which is one of the reasons the Inspira line was developed. It also has 5 profiles to choose from so more fine-tuning options. Sientra also has high fill ratio implants.
