I am planning to get the Allergan Inspira Truform 2 in a 310cc moderate profile. I am just over 5’4, about 120lbs and my BWD is 12 on the right and 12.5 on the left. It has also been suggested that I get a lift. Will the 310cc give me a natural look? I do not want to come out with large breasts or side boob. I am very active and just want to restore some volume and shape. Would it be possible to forgo the lollipop lift and still get my desired results or are my breast too deflated?

Answer: Implants Measurements are needed to determine what kind of lift would be used, either peri-areolar or the vertical lift. I think the size you have in mind will look very nice and natural.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. 310cc might work. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. You should also be aware that results of surgery can change in the future with significant weight change and/or stretching of skin from the milk of pregnancy. It seems like you can benefit from a breast augmentation alone, try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.
