I have recently decided to have a full renovation to my body BBL, 360 lipo, arms, tummy tuck, breast, double chin as I am not happy anymore with myself. My concern is my breast. I do not want visible vertical scars and personally I don't like scars on that part of my body. I am a 38c breast cup and ideally would like to get to a full 38dd. Would I be able to get to this size either with fat transfer, silicone implants via areolar or maybe areolar lift without having lollipop scars? Thank you.
Answer: Mommy makeover A periareolar lift will not provide the lift you need. You might to revisit the idea of the lollipop lift. The scars heal amazingly well and it’s worth that extra vertical scar to get a far superior outcome. If you aren’t sure you would be better off just having the lipo and tummy tuck for now.

Answer: Can I get a full 38DD with fat transfer, silicone implants via areolar or maybe areolar lift without lollipop scars? Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift with implants. A breast augmentation and a breast lift work hand and hand to enhance the overall shape and size of a woman’s breasts. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: Areolar lift versus lollipop lift Thanks for your question. Firstly we never promise a cup size as this varies between shops, bra ranges and brands and so can be a very unreliable way to assessing size. I would suggest on focusing on the look you are after. An areolar lift (or donut lift as I call it) is great for repositioning the nipple and areola and provides a small lift compared to a vertical lift. From your pics, as long as you appreciate the different results that these two options would give you, I feel you may be a suitable candidate for a donut lift. I think if you were just to have implants or fat transfer (without any type of lift), you would still be left with droopy breasts.Regarding fat transfer versus implants, the former gives a more natural but unpredictable result (as a percentage of the fat will disappear).Look at pictures online between a donut lift and a vertical lift which will help you to see the difference.

Answer: Bellesoma Lift & liposuction with fat transfers The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. After this is done, you can undergo liposuction and fat transfers to the breasts if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Calm759837, based on your photos, it looks like you would need breast lift and implants. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
