Breast surgery does not impacts breast feeding to your infant. There’s plenty data that shows the procedure itself does not affects breast feeding because not all the breast ducts are affected, however it’s well know that the inability to breast feed it’s not related to reduction or augmentation in any form.

The only way to achieve a teardrop breast it’s with an anatomical teardrop implant. I have not found any data relating specifically teardrop implants with BIA-ALCL, but data has shown a relationship between smooth Vs rugged surface instead.
