I had my breast augmentation consultation today and was advised by my surgeon that a 240cc implant would work best for me but that I could opt for 260cc...this would, however, create more stretching and a tighter look. Are there any other significant risks with opting for the 260cc? I just really want to be satisfied with the size post-op especially since I have read that, when in doubt, it is better to choose the larger size. Thank you.
