About breast enlargement injection. Is it OK? Will I get side effects?

The only material that should be injected into the breast for augmentation is your own fat. Nevertheless, this is still an unorthodox way to augment the breast with many issues still be worked out. Breast augmentation with implants is safe and predictable.

You need to be more clear about what you are asking. Fat injection to your breasts using your own fat is a safe and common procedure. Silicone injections or any other type of injections to your breast is NOT safe nor is it recommended. 

Do you mean using your own fat for breast enlargement surgery? This is a safe option for women seeking larger breasts but has it's limitations. In general, breast implants are a better alternative if you are seeking anything more than a single cup size increase. See a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery for more information. You will find non plastic surgeons pushing the fat grafting option more because it can be done in the office under mild sedation. Best of luck

In your question, it is not entirely clear what it is you will be having injected into your breasts.  You mention a "fa breast enlargemnt injection".  If you are having fat injected into your breasts by an experienced surgeon who is well trained or experienced in fat injection into the breasts, you should be fine.  If you are having anything but fat injected, I would highly advise against it.  Best of luck!

If you are speaking of injections with your own fat (free fat transfer), this may be a reasonable alternative to a small breast implant.  However, this is a surgical procedure and does carry the normal risks of a surgery - bleeding infection, fat resorption, etc.  If you are speaking of injections with something like silicone or oil products, this should not be done at all.  This procedure is prohibited in the U.S. because there is a significantly high risk of inflammation, infection, and possible skin and/nipple necrosis (death) associated with this procedure.  These problems can occur shortly after the injections or years later.  Do not allow any foreign material to be injected into your breast.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
