Age 41. 126lbs. 5ft4. 300cc overs for 13 years. 2 breastfed children since implants placed. I am due to explant, but I am nervous of the outcome. I have grade 2 capsular contracture and thinner skin. Implants are vpalpable both sides. I do not wish for a lift or any further surgeries. Is there any chance they may spring back to an extent?

Answer: How will my skin retract after surgery? Thank you for your question! Please see the attached video that specifically answers your question. From what I have noted after many explants is that everyone's results are different and you have to factor in things such as height, weight, age, size of implants. Given your relatively young age, and smaller implants, as well as them being placed over the muscle yield good results as just your skin is essentially holding them into place. I hope this helps!

Answer: Implant removal Dear lovetheskinyouarein, it is hard to tell for sure how will your breasts look after you get implants removal. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
