I'm wanting a nose job but have to problem with the bone part - only the tip. Is it possible with my nose to just have tip width reduced/remove cartilage without touching the nasal bones/dorsal hump? I am wanting to raise tip angle and make less bulbous.

It is possible to elongate the nose, when needed, using cartilage graft(s). However. only on the basis on in person consultation, an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon, board certified plastic or ENT surgeon, will be able to discuss your options. Good luck.
