The nasal tip can be set to be closer to the face - also known as "deprojection" - as well as rotated slightly upward - also known as "rotation". In addition to techniques that create stability in the nose, when performed correctly, these maneuvers create a slender, elegant, and aesthetically positioned nasal tip both at rest and during smile.
