Hi, Is there any chance I could get implants over the muscle based on my photos? I have breastfed two children. Under the muscle is a treshold question for me. Aiming for a natural enhancement with +/- 200cc implants. Thank you!

I have some asymmetry I am trying to correct, but I have gotten several opinions from different surgeons. Left breast has more hang/sag to it, but nipple is in a relatively good place. Not facing downward. Most of my breast tissue is in the lower pole under the nipple though, so I have no upper pole and its deflated. Right side is just smaller and a little deflated. I would say left side is 34B and right side is 34A if that. I want to avoid lift scars, but I want nice results too. I like a natural sag. surgeon A- suggested full lift on both with implants (said its easier to get symmetry when you can adjust both breasts) surgeon B- suggested unilateral lift (anchor) with implants. said a full lift on both is absolutely unnecessary and overkill. surgeon C- first suggested full lift with implants (said the same- its easier to get symmetry when youre able to adjust both breasts-until I reconsulted with him, and I explained I wanted to avoid a lift because of the scars, so he changed the plan and said we can do implants under the muscle dual plane for a bit of a lift, without actually doing a lift, and if i decided later I wanted an actual lift, I could still do that, so i wouldnt be burning any bridges. Those were his words. surgeon D- suggested unilateral lift and implants Would implants alone be enough? What kind of lift do i really need to achieve my goals? First photos are mine, last few are my goals

Hi! Im a 38 yo female, non smoker. My stomach has been my biggest insecurity and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight over the last 2 years. I’m curious to know what type of tummy tuck I would be able to get. I have not had children so I don think I need muscle repair, but please let I am wrong to assume that.

I am diabetic with an hA1C of 6.7% and BMI of 38-39, will a surgeon be comfortable with doing a tummy tuck? Already had one consultation however this person stated that I would need to come off of my diabetic medications and have to be under a hA1C of 6% which is is confusing since a pre diabetic is not a dielectric until after about 6.4-6.5%.

Im 59yrs old, DOS was 12-11-2024, female, black and gained 10 pounds after bbl 2yrs ago. The weight caused my breats and arms to go 2 sizes up and im very uncomfortable. I wont to take a weight lost injectoon, only to loss the 10 i gained.

Not totally done having kids yet (maybe one more) so no full tummy tuck yet. But I have flank fat that is so ugly and makes my hip dips terrible! I want a lifted round butt with smaller waist without dents. I looked so darn good before kids lol

Feel like i've got Inverted V Deformity? Im 7 month post op with thick skin, any chance this is just apart of healing or bad nose job?

Are there any doctors who specialize in doing a rhinoplasty, lip lift and lower lid blepharoplasty/fat repositioning for under eye hollows all in one? These are all on my wishlist but to save on anesthesia costs and life interruptions, I'd prefer to get them all done at once. Of course, I don't want to skimp on safety or quality though, so I would only go through ugh a 3-in-1 with someone who frequently does the combination bf has reliable results. Thank you!

I'm Black (male) but my nose is somewhat "Caucasian." It protrudes a lot and has an elevated, thin, and bony bridge. I would like my nose to look more stereotypically "Black" or "African," especially when viewed from the side. I'm envisioning a flatter/wider/smoother bridge, wider and more rounded tip and nostrils, and overall less protrusion. I also have a deviated septum, which I believe is directly related to some of the boniness and sharp angles of the bridge. I understand this is an unusual request and typical "African American Rhinoplasty" often seeks to do the exact opposite of what I'm asking. But I want to know if this is feasible in general terms and if a doctor would be able to perform this since it may entail the reverse of what they usually do. I found an old post on here about a similar situation, but little other information. Thank you

I did a consult with a Dr that wants to do breast lift, 360 tummy tuck/body lift, lipo, and bbl all in one surgery. I did a consult with a 2nd doctor that said it’s too much in one surgery. Which one is correct? I want the best results possible but i am scared that the recovery will be too hard.

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?

I am a MTF trans woman and have been on HRT for almost 4 years now. Over the course of that time I have developed way more than expected or I think wanted. I have grown into a 44 DD cup size and over the years I have noticed working out such as riding my bike and doing normal activities, I get winded way more often. My posture has significantly gotten worse over this time. I have should pain around the straps even with a properly fitted bra from fitting. I have started suffering Migraines when I used to never have issues with headaches prior to HRT. I may seem weird to be wanting to ask this being as this was what I wanted. Well it was but I didn't want them this big. I already have back issues prior and this just makes those worse. I even struggle to sleep on my back as well, which has made recent issues with hernias I am getting repaired soon affecting my sleep cause i have to sleep on my back and the weight of them just makes it difficult to get restful sleep. Could reduction surgery be a good option? I am looking for the future as I try other ways to reduce the discomfort before dedicating to surgery. What would be an honest opinion on this?

What is the danger of having an encapsulation or a leak of silicone implants?

5ft8 170 pounds. Getting lift and saline implants. My dr recommeded to try 500 to 700 sizers after showing pictures and exam. I wear 38 c now. Nursed 4 babies. 650 and 700 felt perfect for me. It was still hard to tell tho with the sizers as i shoved my own boobs in there too haha. I am afraid of going too small so i figured 700 is the right choice. But so hard to tell. Want them to be nice and full but not so obvious that they are fake. Or make me.look too top heavy in sweaters. Etc.

I'm a trans woman planning breast augmentation and I'm stuck between sizes. My stats: 5'9", around 100 kg, broad shoulders and a wide chest wall, about a 40" underbust and currently roughly a 40B. I have limited natural breast growth from HRT. My surgeon has shown me three Mentor cohesive silicone options, all placed subglandular (over the muscle) and all on the same base width — so the only real difference is projection: 470cc Moderate Classic (~35 mm projection) 600cc Moderate Plus (~46 mm projection) 750cc High Profile (~59 mm projection) He recommends the 600cc Moderate Plus. What I want is a natural, gently sloping (teardrop) look — soft upper pole, volume lower, mild natural settle. I really want to avoid a round, "puffed-up," over-projected look with visible implant edges. But because my frame and chest are large, I'm genuinely worried that going too small won't look proportional or "won't show." So I feel caught between natural and proportional. My questions for surgeons and anyone with a similar build: On a fixed base width like this, how much difference in upper-pole fullness should I actually expect between 470, 600, and 750? Is 600 Moderate Plus a sensible middle, or would you lean smaller/larger for a broad frame? Does over-the-muscle placement change your size/profile advice, and how do you minimize visible upper-pole edges or rippling given limited tissue coverage? Would a more cohesive gel (e.g., MemoryGel Xtra) help, or would it push me toward the round lo

I got my breast augmentation in 2018 in Medellin Colombia by Juan Diego Mejia Jimenez. i got 425 ccs gummy implant placed under the muscle. Ive been pregnant twice since my surgery in 2018 My first pregnancy i had no complications, my secong pregnancy my nipples started leaking clear fluids. At first the leaking would come and go but now there’s more fluid. The fluid is clear/slightly yellow and it makes my nipple stick to my bras and pulls the skin off the areola. What should i do? I got my breast augmentation outside of my country and to my knowledge , the surgeon who performed on me no longer does breast augmentations.

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

On my left flank I felt maybe like a knot under the skin I have been trying to rub it out. But it is very sensitive to touch almost a burning sensation. There is no skin discoloration or anything you can see extra orally. I am just wondering if it will resolve on it's own or if I should be concerned

I plan to get a neck and fact lift at some point. I know everyone suggests doing it all at once, but for discretion and life it would in some ways make more sense to do it in stages. Is this a terrible idea? I just don't have a life where I can disappear for a month or go out in public and have questions.

6 months ago, I had a Full Facelift, Dual Plane Brow Lift, Lower Lid Blepharoplasty, neck plication with liposuction and CO 2 laser skin resurfacing peel. Also, my earlobes were modified and attached to my cheek bones area. I look great and very natural. However, I still have a lot of tightness in my neck and ears. My face and neck get red, hot and tacky. Is it normal? What can I do to speed up the recovery? Thank you very much

I have tried fat grafting and fillers but I think the issue is bone structure. I was looking into Infraorbital implants because I heard those can help with bulging eyes and a flat midface which I do have.

I’m in my early 30sand have always had strong nasojugal grooves, but they’re getting more hollow and dark with age. I’ve tried PRP, facials, creams, and Botox, but I don’t love the results, and I’d prefer to avoid filler. Would an upper and/or lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer be the best option to improve this area while keeping a natural look? I’d also love to know If this can be done under local/twilight instead of general Typical cost range in Australia What kind of downtime and result I might expect Photos show how the area looks naturally

Hello I developed multiple upper eyelids folds after my upper blepharoplasty. I never had this issue before I had hooded upper lids, can someone explain to me what could be the causes of these condition.
