Hello, I want to have a mommy make over surgery asap. I’m a mom of three and lost breast volume and I’m an AA cup. I want to go back to a naturally full A cup and for my tummy I have no diastasis but some sagging under my belly button. Right in the middle only. I don’t want or need muscle tightening just a skin only tummy tuck. I’ve seen pictures of “mini” tucks and scars are 20-25 cm long. Almost as big as the regular. I wonder if - based on my minimal change need - I could be a candidate for a true mini tuck with a scar of 12-15 cm max? Same for the BA what silicone size would suit me best. For your reference I’m 5,2. 120 lb my waist is 66 cm and my hips 85. Im rather petite. Thank you

Answer: You’re an excellent candidate for breast implants and mini abdominoplasty, and I’m sure the results will delight you. Hello, thank you so much for sharing your pictures and explaining your wishes so clearly. After looking at your photos, I can see that you have very good skin quality, some breast volume loss, and a little sagging in the lower part of your tummy. For your breasts, implants around 275–300 cc should be just right, and you don’t need a lift. As for your tummy, you are a great candidate for a mini abdominoplasty. The only thing I can’t say for sure is exactly how long your scar will be. I understand this is an important concern for you, and your surgeon will do everything possible to keep the scar short. From my experience, it will definitely be shorter than the scar from a full abdominoplasty. Still, I’d like to point out that the quality of the scar matters more than the length. A scar that is a little longer but smooth and neat always looks better than a shorter one that ends up crumpled or uneven. With your good skin quality, I believe you will have a very nice healing process and a beautiful outcome overall.

Answer: VASER LIPOSUCTION FOR MILD SAGGING Hello, thank you for sharing your case. It seems that, considering you don't have diastasis recti and the sagging is limited to a small area below the navel, a tummy tuck, not even a mini one, wouldn't be necessary. In your case, VASER-assisted high-definition liposuction would be an excellent option. VASER uses ultrasound to selectively dissolve fat much more precisely than traditional liposuction. This allows for a more sculpted silhouette, more effective skin tightening, and a firmer abdomen, without the need for large incisions or scarring. Additionally, since you have a slim and toned build (you are 5'11" and weigh 110 lbs), the results can be very natural and striking, highlighting your feminine shape without changing your body proportions. Regarding breast augmentation, if your goal is to regain a full, natural A-cup breast, you could likely consider silicone implants between 180 and 250 cc, with a moderate profile, which would respect your petite frame and give you a harmonious result. With this minimally invasive approach (VASER lipo + breast augmentation), you can achieve a complete transformation with minimal scarring, a quick recovery, and highly aesthetic results.
