Yes! You are definitely a good candidate. A mini tummy tuck is certainly a good option. The length of the scar is determined not only by the technique and surgeon’s skill, but also the amount of excess skin. That said, it seems like you don not have that much excess skin as 15cm or less is very doable. As for the breasts, I recommend 250-300cc silicone gel implants… no lift necessary!

In reviewing your photos I would caution you that the loose skin around your belly button which appears to have stretch marks will not improve with a mini tummy tuck. A true "mini" tummy tuck not only does not include the plication or tightening of the rectus muscles, it also does not include the repositioning of the belly button. You might get the best aesthetic results with a tummy tuck that includes removing the loose skin from your bikini line up to your belly button and moving your belly button to a new skin hole.
For a more natural, "ballerina" breast augmentation, consider smaller volumes in the 150 to 275 cc range with low or moderate profile implants for more gentle projection rather than dramatic forward fullness. Your surgeon will offer you ways to visualize these sizes in you and should offer you choices as your make your final decisions.

Hello, most surgeons consider a "mini tummy tuck" to be a procedure that tightens skin on the lower abdomen only. The length of the scar can be short or long for this procedure, since it depends on the location of the loose skin. For example, if a person has loose skin extending to their sides, unless the surgeon makes a long incision to remove it, there still will be loose skin in that area (causing dog ears, etc). On the other hand, if a person just has a bit of skin hanging over their c-section scar in the middle of their abdomen, there is no reason to make a long incision to fix the problem. The procedure needs to be customized for each person. I always assess the skin laxity of each patient and explain how the scar length will affect their particular result.

You may be an excellent candidate for a mini tummy tuck. The small fold on the lower abdomen can be resected through the small incision. You may also benefit from an umbilicoplasty. This is where excess skin of the umbilicus can be removed. In terms of your breasts, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the volume required to achieve your desired goal.

Hello, thank you so much for sharing your pictures and explaining your wishes so clearly. After looking at your photos, I can see that you have very good skin quality, some breast volume loss, and a little sagging in the lower part of your tummy.
For your breasts, implants around 275–300 cc should be just right, and you don’t need a lift. As for your tummy, you are a great candidate for a mini abdominoplasty. The only thing I can’t say for sure is exactly how long your scar will be. I understand this is an important concern for you, and your surgeon will do everything possible to keep the scar short. From my experience, it will definitely be shorter than the scar from a full abdominoplasty.
Still, I’d like to point out that the quality of the scar matters more than the length. A scar that is a little longer but smooth and neat always looks better than a shorter one that ends up crumpled or uneven. With your good skin quality, I believe you will have a very nice healing process and a beautiful outcome overall.

I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. During this important meeting you'll discuss your concerns and goals for surgery. In addition you'll learn about the procedures and what you can expect in terms of results. From the photos you appear to be a good candidate for a conservative breast augmentation. It doesn't appear a lift is needed. For the tummy tuck you can consider the mini. Your surgeon will be able to approximate the length of the scar during a consultation. The length of the horizontal scar should be determined by the amount of lower excess skin. All women who’ve had a term pregnancies are going to have muscle separation.
It’s just a matter of degree.
We don’t assess muscle separation based on getting fingers between the restless muscles, etc.
Muscle separation is best assessed by determining if the patient has a flat abdominal wall.
A straight flat abdominal wall should make a B line between the sternum and the pubic bone without contracting the abdominal muscles.
A mini tummy tuck will give you tight skin of the lower abdomen, but this will not match the skin character of the upper abdomen.
This is probably the main reason and many tummy tuck isn’t going to look right.
The more skin laxity somebody has the longer of a scar they need.
A short scar tummy tuck is usually a mistake.
The transition between tight skin and loose skin becomes exaggerated with a short scar.
Implant selection is best discussed with your plastic surgeon.
Provider selection is probably the most important variable.
