Goal is an attractive, natural nose that best fits my face without severely compromising the nose's structural integrity. A wonderful doctor proposed the following and I feel good. Just doing diligence. Would love to hear doctors' thoughts on plan/pics and if there is anything else you might recommend. -septoplasty for deviated septum -lower the bridge with correction of the hump, improved symmetry and smoothness of the bridge, and slight tip deprojection if feasible based on the skin thickness

As long as your cheek implants are well positioned, there should be no issues performing rhinoplasty surgery with osteotomies. An examination would be necessary to determine this, however, I doubt that would be an issue. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Dilute steroid injections are helpful for reducing puffiness just above the nasal tip. If steroid injections are not helpful, your lower bridge may be a drop too high. Before resorting to dorsal lowering, I think you might benefit from a triamcinolone acetonide injection, I hope this helps....
