Based on your photographs, your nose still appears to be quite swollen, and since your surgeon is overseas, it may be in your best interest to wait until all of your swelling has completely resolved before considering another procedure. Other issues may or may not pop up. If the convexity along the right side wall of your nose continues to worsen, depending on your examination, it may not be terribly difficult to perform one-sided osteotomies and move the convex nasal bones what's the midline for a straighter nasal appearance. Additionally, following their postoperative instructions can help ensure successful results from your initial procedure and minimize risks during future revisions if necessary.

It is also important to note that everybody heals differently from one another; so while 6-12 months is an indicator, some patients may take longer than 12 months for optimal healing results. Your body needs time after such an invasive procedure as revision rhinoplasty - pushing past these timelines could result in poor outcomes or further complications down the line. With that being said, be sure to discuss any concerns with your surgeon if they suggest proceeding entry into surgery sooner than expected than what was initially discussed prior to treatment.

It is difficult to completely straighten a crooked nose. In your case I think your bridge is too wide. If the bones were broken then were not adequately narrowed

A short answer: yes. You could have a revision surgery to correct the shape and structure of your nose however, I would suggest waiting for another six months to have the procedure done. A good strategy to plan your surgery would be to research doctors and have in-person or online consultations to get a general sense of what the fees would be like.
